Cancellation Policy

AllDaiErDai inc. : Client Policy Hey love! Thank you so much for choosing me to bless your crown. I truly appreciate your support and want to make sure every appointment goes smoothly and professionally. Please read through the policies below before booking: 1. Booking & Deposits All appointments must be booked through my official booking site. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit goes toward your total and is not an extra fee. 2. Late Policy There’s a 10-minute grace period. After that, a $15 late fee will be added. If you’re more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Please communicate with me if you’re running behind — life happens, I get it! 3. No Call / No Show A no-call, no-show means you won’t be able to rebook in the future, no exceptions. Respect my time the way I respect yours. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance. Anything after that will result in your deposit being forfeited. If you need to rebook, a new deposit is required. 5. Extra Guests For safety and comfort, no extra guests are allowed unless previously discussed. Space is limited and I want to give you my full attention. 6. Payments Final payments are CASH ONLY Please be ready to pay the remaining balance at the end of your service. 7. Respect & Vibes This is a judgment-free, safe space. Come as you are, bring your good energy, and know that you’re gonna leave looking and feeling bomb.
